These Terms of Use govern your use of the company website at thlpropertygroup.co.za ("this site"). By using this site you agree to these terms. This site is operated by THL Property Group (Pty) Ltd, registration number 2024/310953/07, a private company registered in South Africa ("THL Property Group", "we", "us").
2. What this site is
This site is an informational company website. It describes who we are and the products we build and operate. It does not itself provide financial calculators or paid services. Those are provided by our individual products under their own terms.

THL Property Group is not a financial services provider. All content, design, code, branding and the THL Property Group name and logo on this site are owned by or licensed to THL Property Group. You may not copy, reproduce or redistribute them without our permission, except as permitted by law.

7. Availability and changes
We aim to keep the site available but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may modify, suspend or discontinue any part of the site, and may update these terms by posting a revised version with a new effective date. Continued use after the change date constitutes acceptance.

To the maximum extent permitted by South African law, this site is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, and we are not liable for any loss arising from reliance on its content. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be excluded under the Consumer Protection Act 68 of 2008 (CPA) or other applicable South African law.
